About a month ago, I got creative & started making weird creatures by combining 2 existing creatures
Here's what I came up with:





A swan/octopus


A giraffe/snail

Phoenix

A Phoenix rising from the flames.
I drew this as a submission to an e-zine (the subject was fire)

I love working on dark coloured cardstock, as it makes my pencil crayons look like pastels

I drew this as a submission for an e-zine (the subject of the month was Selkies).
I've been interested in Selkies ever since I read The Nature Of Water & Air, but this is the first picture I've drawn of one.
